The WYNG has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Meal with Third Party Vendors who can serve as an intermediary between supply NCOs and food providers. These Third Party Vendors will coordinate meals and payments with the food vendor on the behalf of the WYNG. Most requirements will be needed during Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD), Inactive-Duty Training (IDT), Annual Training (AT), Yellow Ribbon Events, and other mission related happenings throughout the state. NOTE: Replies to RFIs submitted and an Amended Synopsis is attached. Due date remains unchanged.
