The Camp Guernsey Army Airfield (GAAF), within the Wyoming Army National Guard, requires a life cycle upgrade to the existing Primary Crash Alerting System (PCAS) Alert II. The manufacturer no longer maintains supporting parts and current equipment experiences failures, in accordance with the associated Specifications Document. The purpose of this procurement is to conduct life cycle upgrade to the GAAF PCAS Alert II system equipment to ensure continuity of Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting immediate response, to the current Alert III system.
