The 153d Wyoming Air National Guard intends to award a venue/hotel rooms/food in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a Strong Bonds Event located in either Loveland, CO or Fort Collins, CO on February 15 - February 17. Requirement: The 153d WYANG is looking for one (3) conference room space with a capacity of not more than 50 people per room. Provide Breakfast and Lunch for an anticipated eighty (80) people and twenty (20) guest rooms which can accommodate families; including four (4) guest rooms for conference staff. WiFi and free guest parking are preferred. Conference room audio/visual support required. The contractor's facility shall comply with all applicable fire and safety codes and regulations. The contractor shall have a security plan to ensure the personnel are in a safe and crime free environment. The meeting and sleeping rooms shall have adequate security for Government's information, supplies, equipment and other properties. Sleeping rooms shall have adequate locks for doors and windows. The hotel presented to the Government must be Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) approved. For a full list of requirements, review the attached Statement of Work. Interested vendors shall comply with System for Award Management (SAM) registration and have the ability to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
