No other changes to this Solicitation. Amended Solicitation: Solicitaion has be amended to include the answers to industry questions and site visit instructions. The closing of this solicitation is extended to February 27, 2025 at 5:00 pm (MST) Arizona. See attachments: 05 Questions & Answers and Site Visit Instructions Linen. All other information remain unchanged. The Contractor shall pick-up, clean, wash, dry, and deliver the WAATS Linen. The Contractor shall perform the service at their facility and follow the performance schedule in accordance with (IAW) this PWS. Items requiring cleaning are Bath Towels, Pillowcases, Bed Sheets, Bed Comforters/Duvet, Wash Clothes, Hand Towels, Bathmat, Blanket and Pillows. The contractor shall verify and provide the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) a count of all laundry items picked up and dropped off. Both the COR and contractor must agree to the count before the items leave the base. The COR and contractor representative shall count and verify all items returned to the facility prior to acceptance. Questions may submit any questions concerning the solicitation prior to 1700 MST 21 January 2025. No questions will be accepted after 21 January. The answers will be attached to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
