The 91st WMD-CST is seeking a contractor to provide a scenario in an already established venue which will fully support a total of three full scale unit level exercises to test the unit’s capability to perform its mission essential tasks, as a Collective Training Lane, with contractor oversight and evaluation. Contractor support is necessary for the 91st WMD-CST for the purpose of enhancing the organization’s ability to support the Response Management Plan Region 5 and First Responders in WMD operations. Specific objectives include providing off-site support at to be determined locations in the Flagstaff, AZ and Williams, AZ areas for Chemical, Biological, and Pharmaceutical Based Agent threat training and practical application for unit Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) through the use of a multi-CST, multi-agency exercise.
