Introduction/Background The mission of the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Civil Support Team (CST) is to support local and state authorities in identifying hazardous materials, assessing current and projected consequences, advising on response measures, and assisting with requests for additional military support. In doing so, the CST maintains readiness for rapid deployment to assist Incident Commanders (IC) in determining the nature and extent of an attack or incident; providing expert technical advice on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) response operations; and identifying and supporting the arrival of follow-on state and federal military response assets. The contractor, with coordination from the 91st Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Team (WMD-CST), shall perform several tasks as defined in 4.0 below. Period of Performance Performance will be 26 – 30 August 2024. Training day operations for exercise participants expected to be conducted within the hours of 0600-2400. Place of Performance a.
