The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to provide cleaned shop towels/rags and pick up used/dirty shop towels/rags. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Red rags, Blue rags, and White cotton towels, lint-free towels to the Army Aviation Support Facility #1, Army Aviation Support Facility #2 2-285th AHB, Peace Vanguard, WAATS Maintenance Battalion, FMS 1, FMS 3, FMS 4, FMS 4a, FMS 6, FMS 7 and FMS 8. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
