This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to establish approximately (2 to 3) Blanket Purchase Agreements with a ceiling not to exceed $249,999.99. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFQ). This effort utilizes NAICS code 811198 with the small business size standard being $10M. This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings. This requirement is subject to availability of funding per FAR 52.232-18.
