Provide child and youth camps across Arizona to ensure resilience training and increased delivery of recreational, social, and educational programs for military youth living in civilian communities. The National Guard Bureau MOU is authorized in accordance with 7 U.S.C. §§ 341-349, also known as (a.k.a.) the Smith-Lever Act of 1914; 7 U.S.C. § 3221, a.k.a. the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977; 7 U.S.C. §§ 2661-2669, a.k.a. the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act of 1972; 7 U.S.C. § 301, a.k.a. the Equity in Educational Land Grant Status Act of 1994; and 7 U.S.C. § 3318. MOU extends to the Army National Guard (ARNG), Air National Guard (ANG), and Joint Forces Headquarters-State (JFHQ-State). The MOU allows the collaboration with the Joining Community Forces (JCF) Program Manager, Federal and State Family, Child and Youth Program Managers, and their designees who will provide direction for programming efforts designed to meet Federal, State, and local needs. The vendor bidding for this requirement needs to be a member of the 4H Club, STEM nature camps and other youth related educational camps that meet the MOU criteria, also see the attached solicitation. Amendment 0001 - The subject solicitation is hereby extended until the revised date and time listed in SAM.gov, to facilitate response preparation. Amendment 0002 - Attachment marked W912L222R0003 has been updated, vendors should replace any previous versions.
