This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotes are due by MAR 16, 2020, 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Register (FAR) Circular FAC 2020-02 effective date 12-23-2019. Only qualified offerors may submit quotes. This RFQ fulfills requirements for Republic of Singapore Air Force, Foreign Military Sales case SN-B-VGN, guidelines for International Agreements apply.
