DATE: September 5-7th, 2025. This contract and work performance shall consist of providing lodging, meeting spaces, parking, catered meals to include a sample menu, and audio video for the meeting space. All vendors submitting a quote shall meet all the requirements in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
