AV setup must accommodate visibility and audibility- 4 projector- 4 microphones - 4 speakers - 1 podium for general session room. All vendors shall include this SF30 amendment form with your signature in blocks 15 a b and c and return with your quote. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
