The amendment is required to be signed by contractor and submitted with offer. *** The Texas Army National Guard has a requirement for eight (8) artificial turf lanes used for the Army Combat Fitness Test. The contractor shall provide eight (8) artificial turf lanes with 1-meter markings and the Texas Army National Guard logo. The contractor shall also provide storage and transportation equipment for each ACFT artificial turf lane. See attached SF 1449 for lane specifications and design example.
