This is a presolicitation/solicitation notice of for warehouse supplies. The Contractor shall provide a proposal for supervision, labor, materials and equipment to purchase, install shelving, cage fencing and steel counters installed at USPFO satellite facility (The Facility) at 855 E. Industrial Ave., Bldg. 49, Saginaw, TX 76131 as specified herein. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment. Work shall be completed by certified installers, no later than 180 days after contract award. Special Operations Equipment Item Description/Requirement Constructed of heavy duty steel for durability and to meet all physical security requirements of AR 190-51, Security of Unclassified Army Property. Bay one of the facility– Provide 6 (six) steel counters (48”w x 30”d x 36”h) and 6 (six) sections of 4 (four) lockable post shelving (48”w x 24”d x 99”h) with locking doors. Note: Doors must be able to be secured with a general field services padlock Federal Specification FF-P-2827. Bay two of the facility – Provide 4 (four) steel counters (48”w x 30”d x 36”h), 37 (thirty-seven) sections of instantly adjustable shelving with 48”w x 48”d x 192”h and 4 (four) walled cage to be installed around the entire adjustable shelving, with 2 (two) large sliding track gates and 1 (one) man door. Note: Fenced 4 (four) walled cage must be installed 36 inches from all bay walls. Bay three – this bay will be a combination of two sections - Section one: Provide 6 (six) steel counters (48”w x 30”d x 36”h), 24 (twenty-four) stackable waiting room chairs, 2 (two) High Density Mobile System electric powered with 180 (One-hundred-eighty) openings 42”w x 24”d x 19”h. Bay three of the facility – Section two: It will be completely walled caged, provide 6 (six) steel counters, 10 (ten) sections of post shelving (48”w x 24”d x 99”h) with 7 levels and 4 (four) walled cages 32’ x 30’ with 2 (two) large slide gates on each end. Warranty covering manufacturer’s defects and installation damage.
