REQUEST FOR INFORMATION For Texas Army National Guard - LIFE-CYCLE REPLACEMENT Source Sought Synopsis Number: W912L1-21-Q-0004 Source Sought Synopsis for the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) Source Sought Synopsis Number W912L1-21-Q-0004. On behalf of the TEXAS ARMY NATIONAL GUARD (Camp Mabry) – Austin, Texas, is conducting a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (SSS). -Replacing LIFE-CYCLE REPLACEMENT FOR LIN -replace instruments that have reached their life cycle life Deliver To: 36TH INFANTRY DIVISION BAND CAMP MABRY, AUSTIN, TX THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and shall NOT be considered a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Quotation (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFP/RFQ in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, DOD is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The Government will NOT award a contract solely based on this notice. Pursuant to FAR Part 10— this is a market research tool being utilized for informational and planning purposes. Interested sources should respond to the questions presented within this announcement NO LATER THAN 26 OCT 2020, 5:00 PM CST. Responses shall be limited to one page and submitted via e-mail only to regina.m.mckinnie.civ@mail.mil. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
