Texas Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Annual Planning and Awards Meeting (APAM), has a requirement to gather together ESGR members from across Texas to plan for the next year’s activities and to conduct volunteer training and to hold an Employer Awards Dinner to recognize supportive employers with various ESGR awards. The event requires meeting space, beverage service, meal service (breakfast/lunch/dinner), audio/visual support and on-site sleeping rooms for ESGR attendees and guests. Some guests are not ESGR members, and therefore will not be covered under the contract. Therefore, there has always been a provision for these guests to pay for their sleeping rooms and meals directly to the contracted hotel. The Period of Performance shall be 24 July 2020 to 25 July 2020. This is a one-time requirement.
