SOURCES SOUGHT 1. DESCRIPTION: Texas Military Forces is issuing this sources sought to obtain information from industry regarding interested parties that are able to provide hazardous response services in the state of Texas. The anticipated NAICS code for this is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training. 2. PURPOSE: This sources sought is seeking the following on interested vendors capable providing the following or very similar services related to travel management services: - Can provide PhD scientists and trainers with DOD Top Secret clearances knowledgeable on current real world threats, hazards, and CBRN weapons production and processes. - Can provide large scale CBRN laboratory target set ups for the production of Chemical, Biological, and Radiological threat agents. Targets can vary in sophistication from terrorist, to university, to large scale state-sponsored weapons programs. - Provide a realistic urban environment (MOUNT site) including over 30 buildings and plenty of training land. Building styles should vary from residential homes, schools, fabrication facilities, shops, commercial warehouses, multi-floor buildings, hotel, and outdoor amphitheater. - Shall be located in the state of Texas (necessary for current travel restrictions). - Secure facility with available housing and cooking areas to protect TMD personnel from community spread of COVID-19. Information regarding industry interest in participation in the services described above, and feedback/comments from industry in regards to providing these type of services. In addition, all responses to this sources sought shall include: Organization Name, Point of Contact, Contact Information, NAICS Code, and Small Business Classification. This is a sources sought only. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information submitted in response to this sources sought. As such, this sources sought is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute any obligation. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP or solicitation, should one be issued. All information received in response to this notice that is marked 'Proprietary' will be handled accordingly. 3.
