Non-Personal Services – Disaster Preparedness External Evaluation Support Services. The Contractor shall provide role players, moulage, manikins, real world medical, and NIMS/ICS SMEs for exercise support to include providing materials and services to accomplish all tasks In Accordance With (IAW) the Performance Work Standards (PWS). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to provide a vital realistic training to the Texas HRF EXEVAL, in the way of a Rubble Pile Reset and Role Player Support. The contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the contract. This includes but not limited to: sanitation, medical support, shoring, moulage, lodging, food, and 150 role players.Period of performance is for 2-7DEC19.
