See the attached combined synopsis/solicitation and the Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, PWS, and Attachment 2 - Wage Determination. Quote submission instructions: Submit a cover letter on company letterhead which includes CAGE Code, SAM UEI number and size of business; sample menu(s); meal prep information; the representation at 52.212-3 with paragraph (b) filled in; and price. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
