United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)- Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Texas Army National Guard Laundry Service in accordance with Attachments. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812300- Drycleaning and Laundry Service. This requirement is a small business set aside. Solicitation includes FAR 52.219-1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L1-23-Q-1065. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 dated June 2, 2023, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20230609. This requirement is for monthly pickup and drop-off laundry and shop rags service at 5 locations within the State of Texas. The Texas Army National Guard has Maintenance Shops where soiled coveralls and shop rags need to be picked up and clean coveralls and rags need to be dropped off. Period of Performance: 12 month base and four, 12 month option periods (if exercised). Place of Performance in Texas: 5 Locations including Austin, El Paso, Gatesville, Houston, and Saginaw.
