CLIN 0001 - RAVE - Panic Button Enables individuals to initiate life, health and safety notifications (via in-app notifications, voice calling, email and SMS) instantaneously to all co-workers within the geo-located campus/area on non-DoD and DoD cell phones. It also provides a critical communication and data platform by formally integrating with Mutualink to automatically establish inter-operable communications during emergency response. Services will be statewide and provide quicker reactionary responses to our various federal, state, and local partners during an emergency. Additionally, the solution must be approved by DISA as an authorized application for DoD cell phones. CLIN 0002 RAVE - RAVE-MASSN constitutes a mass warning notification solution with services that enable the organization leadership to send mass notifications up to 24,000 people and provides the ability to communicate with all Texas Military Department (TMD) personnel, including the TXARNG, TXANG, TXSG, State and Federal employees positioned across the state using multiple mediums of communication (i.e. email, cell phones, text messages, desk phones, social media, etc.) on non-DoD and DoD devices at a moment’s notice. Additional services include message data analytics, polling, poll answer filtering, poll answer geo-tracking, automatic generation of a follow-up message list, html emailing with attachments, 12 customizable user attributes, user attribute list generation, custom list generation, csv list generation, unlimited lists, opt-in messaging, ability to message transient population visiting campuses/facilities, and integration with organization social media platforms.
