This is a sources sought to determine if vendors are available to perform this service in the Houston, TX area. The Texas Army National Guard has a requirement to diagnose and repair 9 each boat motors. Motors are Evinrude outboard model E30 MRLAB. The contractor shall pick up the boat motors for diagnoses, service and repair and deliver them when repairs/services are complete. Motors are located at 10949 Aerospace Ave. Bldg 1032 C-H, Houston, TX 77034.
