IT HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH THE CORRECT VERSION (W912L1-21-Q-0065) This requirement will consist of the demolition and removal of an existing modular building (STB 12), and the option to remove a second building (STB 10), located on Camp Swift Training Center (CSTC) in Bastrop, Texas. See attached solicitation for more details. Provisions that are incorporated by reference (by Citation Number, Title,and Date), have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSION Offerors are responsible to carefully read/follow the instructions as stated. Submission of Quotes/Questions: THE SUBJECT LINE MUST READ: “RFQ W912L1-21-Q-0065 Quote (or Question)” on correspondence pertaining to this solicitation. Please submit your quote No Later Than (NLT) the date and time in block 8 of page 1. Questions and Answers (Q&As) will be posted on sam.gov, as required. Submit One (1) electronic copy as follows: Standard Form (SF) 1449) – Offeror’s shall sign and date; Block 17A the following information: Name of Company, Cage Code, DUNS #, address, phone number, and email address including Items 1-16. Contract Administration Data; DUNS Number; Acknowledgement of Solicitation Amendments. Pricing shall be submitted using the Schedule of Supplies/Services within the Offer Form (SF1449). It is not anticipated, but it may be necessary for the Government to request additional information regarding the cost components that make up the offeror’s proposed price. ALL CLINS MUST HAVE UNIT AND TOTAL PRICE WRITE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR QUOTE ON THE SOLICITATION QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Q&A) PERIOD: The due date for all questions associated with this solicitation is NLT 8AM CST seven days prior to the closing date in block 8 page 1.
