See attached solicitation for more details 1. In accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-2, the Government will award to the responsible offeror based on the following: i. Offer conforms to the solicitation. ii. Offer will be most advantageous when price and other factors are considered. iii. Selection will be based on technical factors, past performance and price. iv. Past performance and technical factors are approximately equal, and when combined, are approximately equal to price. v. The Government intends to award all items to one vendor. Along with your quote, provide the following; (1) Brochure/specifications for each product. Failure to provide specifications, in enough detail to allow for sufficient evaluation, for the products could result in your proposal receiving a lower rating. (2) The expected life span of the cover. (3) Warranty details. Failure to provide warranty details for the products could result in your proposal receiving a lower rating. (4) Your cage code and federal tax i.d. number. 2. Requests for Information about the Solicitation Any questions for this solicitation must be in writing and submitted via email to jeffrey.w.meyer4.civ@mail.mil . The subject line must read: “W912L1-20-Q-0062 – RFI” A cut-off date for receiving questions concerning this solicitation has been established as 30 April 2020 10:00 AM CST. Questions received after this date/time will not be answered. All questions and answers will be posted to this website. The offeror should consider the answers posted as incorporated into the solicitation. 3.
