SOURCES SOUGHT 1. DESCRIPTION: Texas Military Department is issuing this sources sought to obtain information from industry regarding interested parties that are able to provide container movement trailer. 2. PURPOSE: The intent of this sources sought is to obtain information regarding the ability to provide container movement trailer with the following considerations: Container Movement Trailer specifically designed to facilitate movement of military containers. The trailer is necessary to easily move containers between locations safely. The container movement trailer must be compatible with the commercial tractors yet able to hold, secure and military specific trailers – Mil Van or CONNEX. CONTAINER MOVEMENT TRAILER MINIMUM SPECIFICATION: Length: 148’ Pin Setting: 30” Winch: Minimum of 12,000lb Deck Type: 1/8” Steel Tread Plate Wheels: Rims: Hub Pilot Wheel Rim assembly w/o board drum (22.5) standard Tire: 255/70R Double Coin Load rated H range standard Features: minimum of 2 landing gear, LED Lights Package, Centralized grease standard to include a side tool box. Information regarding industry interest in participation in the services described above, and feedback/comments from industry in regards to providing these type of training services. In addition, all responses to this sources sought shall include: Firm Name, Point of Contact, Contact Information, NAICS Code, and Small Business Classification. This is a sources sought only. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information submitted in response to this sources sought. As such, this sources sought is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute any obligation. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, should one be issued. All information received in response to this notice that is marked 'Proprietary' will be handled accordingly. 3.
