This is sources sought only. Solicitation will follow in approximately 4 weeks. If interested in this requirement, please send email to jeffrey.w.meyer4.civ@mail.mil with subject "Mobile Medical Readiness Clinics". Include cage code for your business. The Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) has a requirement for Mobile Medical Readiness Clinics. These clinics will provide the TXARNG with a flexible platform that can be shipped to any location within the State to provide readiness exams. The Mobile Readiness Clinic will be composed of four 20 foot CONEX containers. These containers will each be able to connect to existing 110v power primarily. Two of the trailers will be required to have solar panels to provide power and one additional container if needed in remote locations. Each container will be dedicated to the following functions: Exam, Dental, Lab, and Hearing. The Exam container will be divided into two exam rooms for PHA/exams/profiles. These rooms will be divided by a sound reducing wall to provide confidentiality. Each room will have: a computer, sink, exam table, wall-mounted desk, storage cabinets, and exam equipment on the walls. The Dental container will have: a panographic x-ray, (2) NOMAD bitewing x-ray machine, sink, wall-mounted monitor, computer, wall-mounted desk, storage cabinets, and space to store portable dental chairs and exam lights. The Lab container will have: a computer, wall-mounted work space, storage cabinets, two blood drawing chairs, sink, vaccine storage refrigerator, and blood analyzers for: cholesterol, glucose, HgA1C, pregnancy, and CBC. The Hearing container will have: sound proofing to specifications, eight testing stations, work area, and a testing computer for routine and SPRINT testing with printer.
