SOURCES SOUGHT 1. DESCRIPTION: Texas Military Department is issuing this sources sought to obtain information from industry regarding interested parties that are able to provide satellite television services for various locations across the state of Texas. 2. PURPOSE: The intent of this sources sought is to obtain information regarding the ability to provide satellite television services for various locations across the state of Texas that focus on the following considerations: This sources sought is seeking the following on interested vendors: -Authorized DISH Satellite television retailer. -Can service over 50 locations within the state of Texas with some locations having multiple drops. -Can provide satellite services on pre-existing DISH satellite equipment already installed at all locations. All locations are currently operational and are being provided services by an authorized dealer. Pre-existing model: WALLY devices. -No additional equipment installation at new locations are anticipated. DISH satellite services will be provided only to pre-existing locations and drops with equipment already installed. Information regarding industry interest in participation in the services described above, and feedback/comments from industry in regards to providing these type of training services. In addition, all responses to this sources sought shall include: Firm Name, Point of Contact, Contact Information, NAICS Code, and Small Business Classification. This is a sources sought only. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information submitted in response to this sources sought. As such, this sources sought is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute any obligation. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, should one be issued. All information received in response to this notice that is marked 'Proprietary' will be handled accordingly. 3. TARGET AUDIENCE: All sources, with the capability as described herein, are requested and encouraged to respond to this sources sought. 4.
