The Kentucky Army National Guard (NGKY) intends to issue a brand name, firm fixed price to a responsible offeror whose quote meets or exceeds our requirements under the authority of of FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures contract for Air Rescue Hoist equipment per Airworthiness Release 980 R28 memorandum the equipment must be in IAW Army Regulation (AR) 70-62 for use of approved listed rescue equipment in solicitation W912KZ25QA0010. Please see attached solicitation requirements. Any quote that does not meet the specifications will not be considered for award. We intend to evaluate offers and award the contract without discussions.
