Amendment 1: I have uploaded an amended SOW to reflect clarifications regarding number of rooms, type and number of A/V Equipment, and removing the dollar amount assigned to the refreshments. Total number of rooms for lodging is 71. A/V equipment required is 2 Screens with 2 projectors, 1 microphone with podium, and 4 speakers on stands throughout the room. There is no specific requirement for dollar amount on morning and afternoon light refreshments. Award will be based on low price only, all quotes submitted will be reviewed to ensure they meet exact specifications outlined in the attached SOW. Any quotes that do not meet exact specifications will not be considered for award. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds to award this contract. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment nor will an award of a contract may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer. All offerors are required to review and fill-in the provisions within this solicitation. Offers received without the provisions filled will be considered non-responsive. The Kentucky National Guard has a requirement for Lodging and Conference/Classroom space in Bowling Green, Kentucky for the dates of 24 Jan 2025 through 25 Jan 2025.
