The Kentucky National Guard has a requirement for an event planned in August in accordance with the attached SOW. This requirement is being competed amongst vendors registered in SAM to provide the services requested within the solicitation, in accordance with FAR part 13, and award will be made based on low price only. The contractor’s quote shall meet all the requirements within the attached solicitation, or they will not be considered for award. Please review the attached solicitation, and provide a quote that provides details showing that the quote reflects the requirement set forth within the solicitation. A contractor’s quote shall have enough details for the Contracting Officer to determine that the quote meets the requirements without having to open discussions.
