This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties shall respond to the Kentucky Air National Guard via anthony.m.hayden2.mil@mail.mil. The Kentucky Air National Guard Special Tactics Squadron, 1101 Grade Lane, Louisville, KY 40213 has a requirement to procure the following item(s): HH-60 Training Simulator QTY requested 1 EA. Accessories requested with the training simulator include: Integrated Communications System Kit, Panoramic camera with tablet, and Fast Rope Insertion & Extraction System (FRIES) Bar. This device is currently not available through the supply system. The HH-60 simulated is designed to provide a realistic environment for combat medical training without heavy demand on personnel, schedules, and equipment. Accurate interior cabin configurations aid operational medical tams confidence in training and muscle memory development. The DOT-complaint towable fuselage allows placement in austere locations considered inaccessible by operational aircraft. Features: • Units customizable to Standard Operating Procedure • Accurate cabin dimensions and features • Reinforced Rings • Internal fuel tank • Day or night operations • Capable of simulating HH-60 crash site • Realistic crew securing landmarks, allowing securing of patients • High-powered amplifier and speakers to simulate aircraft noise • High-powered fans simulate rotor wash • Aircraft lighting (white, green/blue) • All of these function are controlled by a single ITTS operating unit A. FAR 6.302-1, 10 USC 2304(c)(1) OR 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1); Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to include "BRAND NAME ONLY" acquisitions: 1. X_ Exclusive Rights (patent or copyright), or Propriety Design 2. X_ Replacement, __ _ Equipment, Parts, or Accessories; where compatibility is essential for integrity a. _X_ Item is manufactured or produced by the supplier and the supplier solely distributes (sells) directly to the customer. b. Item is produced by the manufacturer, but not sold direct to the customer by the manufacturer, and the manufacturer solely distributes the item through a single supplier in the world, USA, region, or identified market area.
