This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes from third party vendors will be accepted. This solicitation, W912KN-20-R-0012, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The New Jersey Army National Guard is scheduling Yellow Ribbon Event’s on February 1 and February 2, 2020. The location of the event must be within a 20-mile radius from any of the following locations: Asbury Park, NJ, Freehold NJ, or Atlantic City, NJ. Locations offered outside of the radius of the three locations and outside the state of New Jersey will not be accepted. Casino’s can also bid for this requirement. Contractor shall furnish conference/ meeting space, and meals necessary to hold the event in accordance with Attachment 1- REVISED Performance Work Statement (PWS).
