The New Jersey Air National Guard (NJANG) 108th Wing Chaplain's Office plans to conduct a Strong Bonds/Marriage Enrichment Seminar for couples, August 23-25, 2019Contractor shall provide the following accommodations as outlined below: a. Venue location (Hotel) in New Jersey in the New Brunswick or Princeton areas for which, regardless of members' proximity to the event location, they shall be afforded accommodations so as to best meet with and enhance the experience of the Strong Bonds program. b. Sleeping Rooms: c. Meeting Space, and d. Meals/Refreshments Contractor shall provide a sample of proposed menu with estimated cost that takes into considerationthe following factors: cost not to exceed government per diem, nutrition, suitability for mixed population of adults, and ability to accommodate special dietary needs. https://www.gsa.gov/travel/plan-book/per-diem-rates.
