The North American Industry Classifiication Code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A single aw ard is contemplated. Phase 1: Remove and replace bathroom countertops in Building 3390 upstairs men's and women's bathroom. Re-use sink basins and replace sink faucets. Install new soap dispensers. Phase 2 (Option): Remove and replace bathroom countertops in building 3390 downstairs men's and women's bathroom. Re-use sink basins and replace sink faucets. Install new soap dispensers. Provide a separate cost estimate for phase 2 of this project. Phase 2 is dependent upon funds availability. We're seeking 8a contractor that have the capability to perform the above-referenced requirement as well as other requirements in this range.
