This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Five (5) years for Laundry Service requirements for the New Jersey Army National Guard. There are three pick-up sites. Two (2) are in Sea Girt, NJ and One (1) in Lawrenceville, NJ. This procurement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-aside under the North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812332 with a small business size standard of $41,500,000. A Statement of work is incorporated into the Statement of Work. Each offeror shall indicate if they are registered in System for Award management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Agreement will be made to the offeror determined by lowest price. All requirements of the Statement of Work must be presented, and pricing for base year and 4 option years. Pricing must be provided on the Solicitation. The Government intends to evaluate offers and issue a BPA without discussions. Therefore, the offerors initial offer should contain the offerors best terms from a price and technical standpoint. All questions shall be submitted in writing and received prior to bid closing.
