This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes from third party vendors will be accepted. This solicitation, W912KN-20-Q-0012, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, effective 24 Jan 2018. The 102nd CAV have a need for hot or cold lunch meals for annual training events at multiple locations starting on 8 August 2020 and ending on 21 August 2020. Vendors must quote in accordance to the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 2). Vendors must provide the price per lunch meal and suggested menu. Daily quantities needed are listed by location in the Statement of Work. Potential awardees must pass a food safety inspection by the New Jersey Army National Guard Food Safety Officer prior to award. ***Note: Average daily meal count per troop: A Troop-85, B Troop-60, C Troop-40***
