The USPFO New Jersey National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, is conducting market research to identify qualified sources interested in, and capable of providing the following service: AVIATION WASH RACK SERVICE & REPAIR CLIN 0001: Wash Rack Service CLIN 0002: Wash Rack Parts Location: Army Aviation Support Facility, NJARNG, 780 Rounds Rd, Lakehurst, NJ 08769 A certified service technician will perform the following operations at the AASF while conducting maintenance and safety inspections on RTS 3000 Wash Rack system semiannually. Additionally any and all faults will be identified, documented and parts ordered or replaced. The following services are to be performed: • Check for leaks and clean racks/pad and troughs • Inspect Recovery/Sumo Pump for any blockade • Inspect/Clean Trough Screen or Pick-up • Inspect recovery and purge hoses for any blockage • Inspect all delivery hoses?for wear or leakage • Clean entire area and police for any changes • Check Thermostat/Heater is Operational • Check Thermostat/Fan is Operational • Check Water Level in RTS3000 Weir Tank ·varies) • Check Water Level in 500 gallon tank. at least 350 gallons • Inspect pumps for leaks • Check flow pattern from guns and clean nozzle • Verify Ozone Generator green light is on • Check/Clean Backwash Filters • Check float switches in Weir and storage Tanks • Check oil level in Pressure Pump • Empty oil skimmer bucke1 • Check/clean oil passages from skimmer to bucket • Grease Edson Diaphragm pump • Verify Air Compressor is holding pressure· 60-90 psi • Clean Weir Tank Inlet Screen • Clean Filter pump In-Line Screen • Clean Pressure Washer pump In-line screen • Change Absolute filters • Check Filter pump high pressure limit switch • Clean Coalescing Media with Hot Water Pressure Washer Drain and clean tanks removing all sludge • Check water level in Heat Exchanger • Change Oil in Pressure Pump The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 488190.
