The contract is for field sanitation equipment rental and service at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pennsylvania. The selected vendor will provide, service, clean, and retrieve portable latrines, handwash stations, and grey water holding tanks, with standard services on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays plus emergency support. The contractor must support up to 200 portable latrines and 250-gallon tanks, with the ability to deliver 50 latrines within 48 hours. Award will use a Best Value Tradeoff Process, with technical experience and past performance significantly more important than price. The performance period is estimated from September 1 to December 31, 2026.
