Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. Summary of Requirement: 1. 70 Portable Toilets 2. 560 Portable Toilet Service/Cleanings 3. 24 Handwashing Stations 4. 192 Handwashing Stations Services/Cleanings Details: Requirements: The contractor shall: General: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for performance of each mobile portable toilet daily and hand washing station daily every other day. In the event of the Contractor’s equipment failure, the equipment shall be repaired at a scheduled time mutually convenient for the Contractor and the POC/units, but not exceeding 24 hours after reported incident. The Contractor shall be directly responsible to cover costs for completing any maintenance or repair when liability cannot be determined against the government. Contractor will occupy, setup, stock and have all requested equipment operational and running no later than 2100 on the day prior to the dates in the Performance Work Statements (PWS). Vendor will need to recover all contracted equipment from Fort Barfoot, VA property no later than 1800 on 02 November 2023. Portable Toilets. The contractor will ensure that portable toilets will be pumped (removal of waste), cleaned, and stocked as shown In the PWS. Contractor will ensure all portable toilets have (1) roll of toilet paper on the holder and (4) back up roles (wrapped) per each portable toilets. This will be re-stocked during the cleaning day as shown in the PWS. HWS. HWS’s will be provided to set locations as per the Field Service Schedule as shown in the PWS. All HWS’s will be pumped (removal of waste), cleaned, and stocked as shown in the PWS.
