SOURCES SOUGHT Field Sanitation Services for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard (PAARNG) Location: Fort Indiantown Gap This request is for information only. This is not a request for quote/proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. The PAARNG is seeking sources to provide field sanitation services at Fort Indiantown Gap, located approximately 10 miles from Annville, Pa. This is a pre-solicitation for the USPFO for PA-Contracting Office for field sanitation service such as: Portable latrines rental/cleaning and pumpouts and relocation; Hand washing stations; 250 gallon tank rentals; clean water and waste water pick up and disposal in 250 gallon increments. Portable toilets are to be priced for daily, weekly, monthly and annual rates and hand wash stations for daily, weekly, monthly rates. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Contract will be awarded. Orders will be written off master BPA, the Award will be a field sanitation contract servicing Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003-5002 as required. The anticipated agreement will consist of a base period of 60 months. The total contract period shall not exceed five (5) calendar years. Orders will range between $3,500 and $250,000.00.
