The solicitation number is W912KC22Q0031 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811412 with a small business size standard of $15.00M. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The National Guard - Pennsylvania requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: The contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, services, materials, equipment and necessary supplies to repair on specified commercial kitchen equipment located on Fort Indiantown Gap (FTIG). The contractor will provide certified technicians that are qualified to work on commercial kitchen equipment. The Contractor will ensure licensure/background check requirements for all personnel, and certifications are obtained maintained as required by Pennsylvania State law. Furthermore, all vender employees will report to building 11-91 when they arrive at Fort Indiantown Gap. All vender employees will be escorted (at all times) by Training Center, Warehouse 11-91, personnel while on Fort Indiantown Gap. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Pennsylvania is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.
