This is not a request for quote/proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. The PAARNG is seeking sources to provide raw subsistence to be delivered state wide. This is a pre-solicitation for the USPFO for PA-Contracting Office for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and 15, as supplement with additional information included in this notice. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Contract will be awarded. Orders will be written off base contract, the Award will be a supply distribution food contract supplying meals to warehouse for subsistence at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003-5002 and statewide locations as required. The anticipated contract will consist of a base award of 12 consecutive month and four - 12 months (one-year) options periods. The total contract period, to include options, shall not exceed five (5) calendar years. Orders will range between $3,500 and $2,000,000.
