This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912KC19R9999 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 and Defense Circular Number 20190215. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 561599 with a size standard of $20.5M. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Location of performance will be within 50 mimle radius of the locations specified on CLINS 0001 and 0002 detailed below.
