This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912KC19P7021 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02 and Defense Circular Number 20190628. Wage Rate Determinations for Service Contract Act WD #: 2015-4235 also apply. This procurement is being issued for Full & Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 238990 with a size standard of $15.0M. This acquisition is for Full & Open Competition. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Location of performance will be at the 171st ARW of the PA Air National Guard, Coraopolis (Pittsburgh) PA. Quotes for this solicitation shall be submitted via email to michael.w.boyd2.mil@mail.mil in accordance with the Statement of Work attached to this RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated on technical acceptability and lowest price. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
