The contractor shall provide a licensed dentist between the hours of 0800-1630 on Tuesday through Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings. Performance shall be at Camp Fretterd Military Reservation (CFMR), 5555 Rue Saint Lo Drive, BLDG 205, Reisterstown Maryland, 21136 and at The Flight Surgeon’s Clinic 2624 Fairview Point Road, Building E-6814, Edgewood Maryland 21040. Period of Performance (PoP). The Period of Performance shall be 1 Base Year of 12 months. A. Quote Submittal and Inquiries. I. Vendor can submit all questions for this solicitation to ng.md.mdarng.list.uspfo-arpc@army.mil. The Acquisition Team will answer all questions submitted before the deadline which is 11:00AM on Friday, 06 June 2025. No more questions will be entertained after the deadline. II. Offeror's Quote/proposal shall be submitted via email ONLY to inbox: ng.md.mdarng.list.uspfo-arpc@army.mil and no later than 23 June 2025 at 08:00 AM EST. Any quotes received after the deadline will not be evaluated. B. Instructions to Offerors. I. The submission of the documentation specified below will constitute the Offerors acceptance of the terms and conditions of this RFQ solicitation. II. It is the Government's intention to award without exchanges. Offerors are encouraged to present their best prices in their initial submission. The Government reserves the right to hold interchanges if deemed necessary. III. Price: Offerors shall provide total pricing for CLIN 0001, of this RFQ solicitation. IV. Offerors must provide a quote that is Firm-Fixed Price and valid for at least 30 days. V. Wage determination 2015-4265, Revision 30 dated 015 May 2025 Applies to this solicitation.
