The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG), 729th Quartermaster Company requires a Catering Service contract to provide meals to 90 members during annual training from 15-29 June 2025 and 50 members during 8-22 July 2025 at 6501 Sykesville Rd, Sykesville, MD, 21784. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement utilizing a small business set aside. However, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Evaluation Criteria: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). a) Price: Pricing shall be complete. The Unit Price, Amount, and Net Amount shall be completed for every item/CLIN. The Government intends to evaluate offers and make award without discussion; however, this does not preclude the Government from having discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so.
