I. I. The government requires a licensed dentist between the hours of 0800-1630 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings. II. Place of Performance (PoP): Performance shall be in two different locations: A. Camp Fretterd Military Reservation (CFMR), 5555 Rue Saint Lo Drive, BLDG 205, Reisterstown Maryland, 21136. B. The Flight Surgeon’s Clinic 2624 Fairview Point Road, Building E-6814, Edgewood Maryland 21040. See Paragraph 1.4.1 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to the formal solicitation for more details. III. Period of Performance (PoP). The Period of Performance shall be for one (1) Year. IV. The Contractor shall provide a Dentist, licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Maryland. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in paragraph 3.0 as government furnished, to perform medical readiness examinations and assessments, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). V. The contractor shall always maintain an adequate work force for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within the Performance Work Statement (PWS). VI. Contractor shall meet all requirements listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and all criteria listed in this solicitation to be consider for award. VII. The Acquisition Approach for this solicitation is competitive 8(a) Small Business participants as stated in FAR Subpart 19.8 - Contracting with Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program); In addition, FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures applies to this solicitation.
