This is a s combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation W912K6-24-Q-0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a new contract and there is not an incumbent currently performing these services. This solicitation is for 100% Total Small Business Set Aside under the NAICS Code 611699 All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, with the small business size standard $16,500,000. The PSC code is U0009- Education/Training- General. The Government intends to award a Single, Firm-Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. Selection will be made based on the lowest price most advantageous to the Government. The successful awardee must be able to meet all technical requirements in Sections 5.0 thru- 5.1.6 of SOW. The Maryland Army National Guard has an urgent deployment requirement to provide Tactical Combat Life Saver and Tactical Medic courses to National Guard personnel. The one-day course is designed to prepare National Guard personnel for their upcoming deployment.
