This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation W912K6-23-Q-0045 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a new contract and there is not an incumbent currently performing these services. The Maryland Army National Guard, The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) is a Department of Defense (DoD) mandated program to provide information, services, referrals, and proactive outreach programs to Army National Guard members and their families through all phases of the deployment cycle in accordance with DoD Directive 5124.02, DoD Instruction 1342.28.
