This is a s combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation W912K6-23-Q-0038 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a new contract and there is not an incumbent currently performing these services. Using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures: we are issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the Maryland Army National Guard. The 1729th SMC, is requesting timely delivery of high-quality raw goods in accordance with commercial standards for 225 soldiers. Please refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) and any other applicable documents as part of this announcement for further details. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 (effective 02 JUN 23). Offer must be valid for 60 days. FAR Provisions and Clauses applicable to this acquisition can be obtained from the following website, https://www.acquisition.gov/. This solicitation is for Full and Open competition under the 722310 NAICS Code. The PSC code is 8970. The Government intends to award a Single, Firm-Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. Selection will be made based on the lowest price most advantageous to the Government. The successful awardee must be able to meet all technical requirements in the SOW 1.5. Purpose: The Maryland Army National Guard, 1729th Support Maintenance Company (SMC) has a requirement to purchase commissary supplies (Grocery order), in order to prepare meals for soldiers participating in Annual Training from 10-23 September at Camp Dodge, Iowa.
